Mobile Radiologic Technician Opportunity at VuePoint Diagnostics

VuePoint Diagnostics, a dynamic mobile imaging service provider, is looking for a Mobile Radiologic Technician to become part of our dedicated team.

In this role, you will deliver radiographic services across a variety of community healthcare environments, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and private residences, utilizing advanced portable digital imaging technology.

Mission: Our goal is to provide essential diagnostic imaging services directly to patients, allowing them to receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Positioning patients effectively for imaging procedures
  • Ensuring high-quality radiographic outputs
  • Minimizing patient radiation exposure
  • Managing radiology inventory and supplies
  • Documenting patient care accurately
  • Following safety protocols, including those related to COVID-19

Qualifications:

  • ARRT (R) certification or eligibility required
  • CPR certification preferred
  • Previous experience in radiologic technology is advantageous
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Exceptional customer service abilities

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer, and Outlook

Work Environment Considerations:

  • Exposure to radiation and mechanical components
  • Potential exposure to airborne particles and chemicals
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capability to drive for extended periods
  • Visual acuity for both near and far distances
