When you join us, you start at $20 an hour, based on experience. REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as an R&R technician or a similar role
- Ability to provide basic repair tools and effectively use them
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
