That's right, NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS This position is ideal for a person who enjoys working alone and is motivated with minimal direct supervision, because pay is based on performance SO, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR? The more efficient you get at this position, the more money you will make and more of the day you will have for your leisure.Typical Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm Pay: Averaging $12.00 -$17.00+ per hour based on performance.FISH offers:Paid training, no experience necessaryPay based on work completedNo nights or weekendsFlexible hoursFull- or part-time available year-roundTips and additional commission opportunitiesCombination of inside and outside workEquipment and uniforms furnishedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbsAbility to work outdoors throughout the year in various weather conditions including heat and cold, ranging from 20-108 degrees.Must be able to stand, bend and squat to ground level, reach and lift above head for extended periods of timeMust be able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrists, and arms.Ability to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet if necessary. Other Qualifications:Valid driver's licenseReliable transportation to travel to job locations throughout Mobile and Baldwin Counties.
