THE BASICS
Pay: You earn a competitive wage starting at $20 an hour, based on experience.
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. NO Weekends

QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience as an R&R technician
- Ability to provide basic repair tools and effectively use them
- Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
3+ years of relevant experience would be preferred. We're also looking for a candidate who has removed at least one or more transmission in the past month.

Every morning we have board meetings so everyone is up to our goals for that day and we week. We also have monthly meetings with lunch provided to discuss main focus is on transmission work. You carefully repair and replace all mechanical and electrical transmission components, prioritizing accuracy and efficiency in everything you do.
