Shift Details:
- Part-Time: Night (NOC) (10:15 pm to 6:45 am)
- Full-Time: Evening (2:15 pm to 10:45 pm); Night (NOC) (10:15 pm to 6:45 am)

Key Responsibilities of a Certified Medication Assistant:
- Administer medications in compliance with organizational policies.
- Assist residents in achieving optimal independence and performance in daily living activities.
- Follow and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and document vital signs using advanced software.
- Support residents with various needs, including personal care and mobility assistance.
- Observe and report any changes in residents' conditions to the supervising staff.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in Minnesota is mandatory.
- Must possess a valid TMA certification in Minnesota.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents and team members.
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
- A collaborative spirit with a genuine passion for elder care and adaptability to changing circumstances.
