Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced engineer to design, certify, and support commercial airplanes by applying state-of-the-art reliability and maintainability engineering design, modeling, and analysis principles.
Key Responsibilities- Use modeling, simulation, and data analytics methodologies and tools to analyze and improve airplane reliability and maintainability.
- Collaborate with other functional design groups to ensure that airplane systems are designed with reliability and maintainability in mind.
- Develop and implement reliability and maintainability engineering design principles and standards.
- Provide technical support to airplane development program leaders and functional management.
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- 10 or more years of experience in reliability engineering.
- Experience with propulsion or airplane systems.
- Reliability engineering experience.
- Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) experience.
- Commercial Airplane Certification experience.
