About the Role:
    As an Assistant General Trampoline Manager, you will assist in leading a team that creates lasting memories for customers by providing a safe, healthy, and fun family experience. Your responsibilities will include managing all park operations, training employees, meeting key performance indicators, cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities, handling customer service issues, controlling park expenses, and marketing the business. You will be required to work nights, weekends, and some major holidays. The ideal candidate should have one or more years of supervisory or management experience and excellent decision-making, communication, conflict management, customer service, and organizational skills. You must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities:
    • Manage all park operations
    • Train employees
    • Meet key performance indicators
    • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities
    • Handle customer service issues
    • Control park expenses
    • Market the business

Requirements:
    To succeed in this role, you will need:
     • One or more years of supervisory or management experience
     • Excellent decision-making, communication, conflict management, customer service, and organizational skills
     • Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift and carry up to 50 pounds
