- Monitor and coach production line workers, providing feedback on quality of work and guidance to improve competency.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with established work instructions and adherence to SOPs.
- Partner with quality to align on product defect determinations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in a GMP, clean room, medical device environment required.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coach others, and transfer knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
- Computer proficiency, including email, JDE, and electronic documentation systems.
