Enjet Aero, LLC is a leading manufacturer of complex jet engine parts, components, and assemblies for top OEMs in the commercial, defense, and general aviation sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Precision Machinist Specialist to join our team on a WEEKEND NIGHT shift - Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM; working 36 hours and receiving a 4-hour bonus, totaling 40 hours, also includes a 35% shift differential. The estimated salary for this position is $45-$60 per hour based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate lathes with live milling, ensuring precision and accuracy in machine setups.
  • Use precision measuring tools to check and inspect machined parts to close tolerance requirements.
  • Document SPC and inspection results precisely, maintaining quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System.
  • Modify tooling and fixtures as needed, advising the supervisor and programming team of technical advancements to increase production.
  • Operate machines to produce production runs of parts, monitoring and documenting operational and performance issues and providing feedback to the supervisor.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff, developing and maintaining a positive attitude in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in CNC machine operation, preferably with CNC Swiss lathe setup experience.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and GD&T, perform offsets, and quality checks on parts.
  • Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deal with complexity.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and willingness to learn from the engineering and programming team to improve operations.
