Job SummaryThe Healthcare Provider Solutions Consultant acts as a subject-matter expert in technologies used by healthcare providers. This role extends management support, offering guidance and leadership to various levels of Provider Solution Specialists. The Consultant addresses complex issues related to physician-facing technologies, driving improvements and enhancing the overall provider experience. They are responsible for training colleagues and participating in projects that yield actionable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation and Change Management:
- Lead and conduct electronic health record (EHR) implementations according to established standards.
- Coordinate training sessions and serve as a subject-matter expert for voice recognition technologies.
- Support optimization efforts and promote best practices across systems.
- Facilitate testing of physician-facing technologies and assist in troubleshooting.
Access Management:
- Guide providers and staff on system access and information protection standards.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and security protocols.
- Monitor provider utilization of technologies and provide one-on-one training.
Partnership Development:
- Collaborate across the healthcare setting to enhance clinical quality initiatives.
- Advocate for the needs of junior roles and provider staff.
- Contribute to strategic planning regarding physician product lines.
Training and Customer Service:
- Lead the development and delivery of training for providers and staff on new applications.
- Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure high-quality service.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
