Key Responsibilities:- Research and evaluate funding opportunities to identify potential grants for TrueCare
- Develop and write high-quality proposals that align with TrueCare's mission and goals
- Collaborate with the Director of Grants to ensure proposals meet funding agency requirements
- Design and create visual aids, such as graphs and diagrams, to support proposals
- Stay up-to-date with changes in grant writing regulations and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare
- Minimum of 5 years of grant writing experience, preferably in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or nonprofit health context
- Experience with federal, state, and county grant writing
- Proficiency in MS Office software and ability to design visual aids
- Master's degree or Certificate in Grant Writing preferred
