The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a wide range of IT systems and equipment within the facility. Key duties include:

• Supporting various IT equipment including networks, servers, personal computers, and printers.
• Providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for user issues.
• Logging and tracking service requests and incidents.
• Participating in on-call support rotations.
• Leading technical projects and coordinating infrastructure needs.
• Training and mentoring junior technical staff.
• Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding patient and employee information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of two years of relevant technical experience is required.

Certifications

• Basic certification in Cisco or Microsoft products is highly desirable.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance are required if applicable.
