Key Responsibilities and QualificationsThe Senior IT Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting a wide range of IT systems and equipment within the facility. As a vital technical resource, the Senior IT Analyst will manage the setup and repair of end-user infrastructure and address desktop incidents and requests from facility users.
The Senior IT Analyst will:
- Support a diverse array of facility-based IT systems, including network devices, servers, personal computers, and printers.
- Provide advanced technical support and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Log and track incidents, ensuring timely communication and escalation of issues.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call support rotations.
- Investigate hardware issues and conduct minor repairs.
- Lead technical project implementations and coordinate infrastructure needs for new projects.
- Engage in continuous education and departmental meetings to enhance performance.
- Train users on technology best practices and mentor junior analysts.
- Collaborate with division and corporate IT teams to meet standards and priorities.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding patient care and employee information.
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong knowledge of technology solutions and proactive resource management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and possess strong analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must have a valid state driver's license and proof of auto insurance.
Education
- A Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related healthcare field is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of relevant technical experience is required.
Certifications
