Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Department Director to oversee the operations of our Imaging department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and evaluating the systems and personnel responsible for medical imaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Imaging department, ensuring efficient operation and high-quality patient care.
  • Evaluate and improve the systems and processes in place, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Oversee the management of personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • ARRT licensure required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • 5 years of related leadership experience required.
