Director of Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our team at The Plastic Surgery Institute of Miami.

About the Role:

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our multi-physician plastic surgery practice, surgery center, and medspa. This includes managing a team of 20+ employees, overseeing financial management, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and supervise a team of senior executives and employees
  • Oversee financial management, including budgeting and forecasting
  • Drive business growth through marketing and sales initiatives
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in administration and management
  • Experience in the plastic surgery, dermatology, or dentistry industry
  • C-suite or similar level management experience
  • Entrepreneurial experience and ability to prove business growth
  • Strong marketing, sales, and operational management skills
