Chief Engagement Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to serve as the Director of Scholar and Alumni Engagement. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of relationships between Scholars and Alumni, working closely with peers across the JWP/GAP Staff, Board of Trustees, and reporting to the GAP Executive Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management: Oversee the planning and execution of scholar events, including the annual Endowment Golf Tournament and EMPOWER Scholar Summit.
- EMPOWER Program Oversight: Serve as a conduit and connector between Scholars and career/internship opportunities, support the EMPOWER Mentoring Program, and facilitate Scholar engagement with career aptitude software.
- Alumni Engagement: Plan and execute 2-3 alumni engagement events annually, including the Alumni Golf Tournament and Alumni Lifetime event.
- Communication: Create an annual Alumni Publication and provide alumni content for the Impact Report.
