Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Agent to join our team at Rockingham Insurance Company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service through accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Assess customer needs and provide solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, agents, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide information.
  • Stay up-to-date on insurance products, policies, and procedures to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell insurance products.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and quality metrics.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of experience in an insurance call center or agency environment preferred.
  • Current Virginia Property and Casualty License required.
  • Strong technical acumen in insurance sales and underwriting, with an ability to apply it to effectively interact with internal departments to meet customer needs and solve customer issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
