Position Overview:
The Head of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for leading the Business Development initiatives of the organization and supervising the Community Liaison(s). This role includes providing guidance and training for facility-based personnel involved in marketing, case identification, and relationship management. The position implements tailored strategies to support and fulfill organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities (Not Exhaustive):

  • Oversees facility marketing strategies and referral acquisition tactics.
  • Works in conjunction with Admissions to enhance the referral workflow.
  • Educates staff to excel in community outreach, presentations, and facility tours.
  • Communicates information about PAM Health services through various platforms including in-person engagements, presentations, community events, and health fairs.
  • Organizes in-service training sessions and facility tours for community organizations and key referral contacts.
  • Ensures prompt and courteous responses to inquiries and follows up as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience with clinical training is required.
  • Crisis management certification in accordance with organizational policy is essential.
  • Fluency in the English language is mandatory.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five years of progressive experience in healthcare sales and marketing. Previous leadership experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Collaborative team player with effective coaching and mentoring abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing relationships with healthcare professionals, staff, and referral sources.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent decision-making capabilities and the ability to analyze data effectively.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Self-driven and eager to learn.
  • Familiarity with PPS guidelines for reimbursement and marketing strategies.
