Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs to HVAC systems, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and customer standards.

This is a full-time role that reports into the Service Manager and is based out of our growing Glastonbury, CT office.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to offer solutions and provide excellent service
  • Maintain a clean and organized job site and truck
  • Participate in training, meetings, and company events
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is an asset
  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
Working Conditions/Physical Demands:
  • The ideal candidate must prioritize safety and have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
  • The position requires regular sitting, standing, walking, stooping, using hands to handle controls, hearing, and talking
  • Climbing ladders, working in hot and cold environments, and navigating small crawl spaces are also required
  • The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ pounds is essential
  • The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work, requiring employees to work outdoors throughout the seasons

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000 per year
