About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch technical support for systems monitoring, maintenance, and administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance to internal users and occasional onsite support (local travel only)
  • Handle inbound customer support via email and phone
  • Maintain and manage MSP platforms, including remote monitoring tools and documentation
  • Ensure service delivery meets high standards of communication and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in training and pursue necessary certifications
Requirements:
  • Associates degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
