Responsibilities- Client Care: Provide high-quality care and support to clients, including transfers, dementia, and home care.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and communication with clients and families.
- Mentorship: Train and mentor new staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional care.
- Caregiving Hours: Provide caregiving hours when not needed for administrative tasks.
- Experience: 1+ year of experience in caregiving, transfers, dementia, and home care.
- Availability: Available to work any time, including weekends.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and negative TB test.
- Certifications: Pass a drug test.
- Competitive Pay: Up to $18/hour.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35-40 hours/week.
