Job Title: Future Leadership and Training Program Lecturer Fellow

Location: Onsite at Curatio Medical Institute, Chantilly, VA

Hourly Rate: $17.00

Working Hours: 7 working hours per day with a 1-hour paid lunch break

Job Description:

CMI is excited to announce the launch of our Future Leadership and Training program. This unique internship opportunity is designed for current BSN students or those who just obtained their RN License but lack tutoring and instructing experience. We seek passionate individuals aspiring to become professional tutors, student academic coaches, or CNA program instructors. RN retirees who still want to shine and mentor in this field are also welcome to apply


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver educational materials under the guidance of the Dean.
  • Provide academic support and tutoring to students in various nursing programs.
  • Coordinate and support students' affairs, such as conduct orientation, take local amenities tour, arrange school welcome dinner, etc.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance teaching and instructing skills.
  • Collaborate with faculty members to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Engage in mentoring activities to help students achieve their academic goals.
  • Conduct assessments and provide feedback to students to support their academic progress.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks related to academic programs, Institute office management as needed.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a college BSN program or hold an RN License.
  • Strong passion for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Commitment to professional growth and development in the field of nursing education.
  • Prior tutoring or instructing experience at school is a plus, but not required.
  • Bilingual or multi-lingual abilities are preferred but not required.
