The role of Sales Associate is vital to the success and operational efficiency of our store. This position requires a focus on our brand values while delivering exceptional service to our customers and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Upholding Tapestry's Service and Selling Models to create memorable customer experiences.
  • Building and nurturing ongoing customer relationships through personalized interactions.
  • Understanding and aligning with organizational goals to drive personal and store performance.
  • Developing strategies to meet personal sales metrics and performance objectives.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador, demonstrating Tapestry's Selling and Service expectations consistently.
  • Staying informed about local market trends and their potential impact on business.
  • Utilizing effective sales strategies to attract new customers and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Providing comprehensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and current offerings.
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and tailor the shopping experience accordingly.
