  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to identify business opportunities and drive growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales records, including sales forecasts, customer interactions, and product sales data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-10 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of construction products, including waterproofing, air barriers, and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
