About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Product Management to lead our Order Management and Supply Chain Fulfillment platforms at REI. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating the product vision and driving the development of strategic priorities for our platforms.

This role requires a strong leader who can leverage data, stakeholder input, and customer insights to set the north star strategy for our platforms and align each product pod to the highest priority objectives at the Co-Op. You will primarily interface with mid and senior leaders across the organization and have a major impact on the Co-Op's success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the Co-Op's objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of Product Managers and provide coaching, direction, and leadership support to ensure the successful delivery of products.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with mid and senior leaders across the organization to ensure that business needs, viewpoints, and objectives are translated into opportunity assessments.
  • Analytics and Roadmapping: Lead the creation and execution of Order Management analytics roadmaps, tools, and capabilities.
  • Prioritization and Trade-offs: Manage prioritization and trade-offs, including the opportunity backlog, to ensure that the team is focused on delivering high-value products.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Build effective cross-functional partnerships with analytics, IT engineering, Design, and Development teams to successfully deliver customer experiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience managing medium to large projects with both a business and a technology focus.
  • Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading product development and digital strategy.
  • Analytics: 2+ years of experience leading analytics teams and building analytical roadmaps.
  • Skills: Demonstrated competency with new and emerging cross-channel and web-based technologies, web services, and back-end application infrastructure.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
