  • Manage and execute fundraising events, such as the biennial gala, to engage donors and members.
  • Monitor and evaluate membership benefits, evolving the benefits strategy to meet member needs.
  • Develop and manage the expense budget for membership, events, and annual fund.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4-8 years of equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in membership, annual fundraising, and events planning and execution.
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, using data to inform planning and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with customer relationship management software (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.).

Work Environment:

The position is office/art gallery based with a moderate noise level. Occasional work may be required inside or outside at events with moderate to loud noise levels.

Hours of work include daytime hours Monday-Friday and occasionally Saturday and Sunday to meet staffing and/or event needs.
