Senior Construction Project Director

The Boldt Company seeks a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Director to lead and manage all aspects of the development and implementation of large, multifaceted projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for training and coaching project teams, protecting and promoting the interests of The Boldt Company on our projects, and verifying that work meets safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality.

We offer a competitive salary range of $168,300 - $226,700 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all aspects of large-scale project development and implementation
• Train and coach project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Protect and promote the interests of The Boldt Company on our projects
• Verify that work meets safety standards, is within schedule requirements, and is constructed to the highest level of quality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance through process improvement and project management
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field required
• Ten or more years' experience in construction project management and related functions, including ground-up healthcare construction
• Three or more years' experience with OSHPD/HCAI
• IPD/LEAN/IFOA experience in the healthcare sector strongly preferred
• Broad understanding of successful project delivery, including financial data, production planning, and lean process improvement techniques
• Ability to apply innovative management techniques to inspire and empower teams to produce desired results
• Proficiency in 0365 Office suite
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential
Salary
$168,300 - $226,700 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
