Team Overview
The Tax Services teams are committed to delivering exceptional tax solutions to both public and privately held middle-market enterprises, not-for-profit entities, and high-net-worth individuals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary engagement manager, overseeing billing, realization, and collections.
- Utilize available technology and resources effectively to enhance technical application in projects, ensuring the engagement team adheres to the same standards.
- Identify suitable tax objectives, scope, and methodologies while actively engaging with client management to assess the broader implications of current decisions and potential solutions.
- Assess skills and mentor Managers, Seniors, and Staff in client engagement management and technical proficiency across individual, trust, partnership, corporate, federal, state, local, and international tax returns, estimated payments, extensions, and audits.
- Formulate and implement a business development strategy that encompasses networking, new client acquisition, and client expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related discipline is required; a Master's degree in Taxation is preferred.
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience is required.
- Prior experience in a public accounting environment is preferred.
- CPA or Bar License is mandatory.
- At least 4 years of supervisory and training experience is necessary.
- Expertise in corporate, partnership, individual, or trust and estate taxation is required; experience with large, multi-state, internationally active middle-market clients is preferred.
- Demonstrated market-facing skills are essential for developing new business and maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Visibility and recognition within your industry specialization and local market are expected.
- Proven success in managing multiple client engagements is required.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities, are necessary.
