Your Role:
We are looking for an Electronics Maintenance Specialist to support critical operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the removal, repair, modification, servicing, and installation of various electronic components, including but not limited to transmitting, receiving, and GPS systems. This role involves assembling, soldering, connecting, and inter-wiring electronic components while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and technical manuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adaptability to evolving technical mission requirements is essential.
- Experience in the physical integration of electronics into diverse configurations, including design, assembly (both electronic and mechanical), programming, and operational testing of firmware and hardware.
- Proficiency in digital microwave, cellular, and internet protocol data technologies is required.
- Ability to assemble prototype and operational systems from circuit boards and individual components, making modifications based on limited design specifications.
- Capability to perform technical tasks in challenging environments and under tight deadlines.
Essential Qualifications:
- Must possess a Top Secret Clearance and the ability to pass a Counter Intelligence polygraph.
- An Associate degree or equivalent experience, along with 2-10+ years of hands-on experience in the electronic component field.
