Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Primary Care team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clinicians and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing and administrative support to clinicians and other healthcare team members.
  • Participate in delivering quality and customer-focused care to patients.
  • Perform clinical tasks and procedures under the direction of a clinician, within the scope of your professional training and individual competency.
  • Assist in coordinating patient care to support patients with complex health needs.
  • Provide population-based care outreach activities, including health maintenance screening as directed by a clinician.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Two (2) years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting.
  • IV therapy experience or recent certification.
  • Familiarity with documenting in an electronic medical record system.
