Position Overview:
The Senior Pricing Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with federal regulations and internal policies related to pricing and cost data. This position involves reviewing inputs from proposal teams to verify adherence to government standards, including TINA and certified cost or pricing data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate proposal team contributions and ensure they meet compliance requirements.
- Document and assess inputs from team members, providing guidance on sufficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Contracts, Subcontracts, and Compliance to support proposal processes.
- Engage with clients and internal auditors, offering audit support to clarify financial data and methodologies.
- Advise on pre-contract discussions and negotiations for contract awards.
- Conduct analyses on competitive pricing trends and historical bid data for specific proposals.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pricing or financial analysis, including familiarity with pricing strategies and tools.
- Understanding of pricing within the federal government context.
- Ability to develop and present pricing strategy analyses effectively.
- Strong communication skills to convey solicitation requirements.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in delivering pricing strategy presentations to executives.
- Knowledge of system integration processes.
- Familiarity with advanced information technology and analytical tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capacity to manage a diverse and high-volume workload efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities.
