Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver culturally attuned assistance to unaccompanied minors and their guardians.
- Create personalized support plans and carry out ongoing evaluations.
- Keep precise documentation and ensure the provision of essential services.
- Build a resource network and facilitate access to legal support.
- Engage in training opportunities and work alongside essential partners.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 2 years of experience.

- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving history, with the capacity to travel.
- Fluency in Haitian Creole is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
