About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Safety Manager to join our team at Sea Box, Inc. as a key member of our management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our safety program and ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive safety program that meets or exceeds regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols
  • Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and wellness
  • Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations
  • Conduct safety meetings and training sessions

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in safety management in a manufacturing environment
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Master Safety Professional (MSP) certification
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
