Job Summary

We are seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager (EHS) to join our team at our Cinnaminson, NJ location. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing health, safety, and environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and promote a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs tailored to CNC manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and mitigate potential safety and environmental hazards.
  • Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
  • Lead investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance by implementing best practices, conducting audits, and fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Maintain accurate records of EHS activities, incidents, and compliance, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6-10 years of EHS management experience, ideally in an aerospace/defense CNC manufacturing environment or related industries.
  • Professional certifications such as CSP or CIH are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence a safety culture, manage cross-functional teams, and drive EHS initiatives.
