Job OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and organized Paralegal to join our team at Nashville Law Firm. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our attorneys in preparing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating with clients and other professionals.Responsibilities
  • Partner with attorneys to prepare legal documents, correspondence, and pleadings.
  • Manage and organize case files, maintaining documentation in electronic and physical formats.
  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other professionals to schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Draft and proofread contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  • Schedule depositions, court hearings, and other litigation events.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and maintaining calendars.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Document management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
