Growing People and Companies (GPAC) is seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our litigation support team, you will play a critical role in supporting our attorneys and staff in handling complex personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including attending trials and hearings.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and affidavits, according to judicial procedures.
- Conduct legal research, providing written analysis on statutes, regulations, and judicial decisions.
- 3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Law Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
- Strong background in Personal Injury law.
- Advanced level trial experience.
- Proficient in legal research, including obtaining discovery from opposing counsel.
- Experience filing in Federal and State Courts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical expertise in MS Office, including experience with asset/liability sheets.
