Job Overview:
The Educational Service Center of Central Ohio is actively seeking dedicated individuals for a full-time substitute custodian role. This position will involve working across various facilities within the district as needed, with shifts assigned based on operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all assigned areas.
- Build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for custodial duties and work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and certification in relevant areas such as plumbing, alarm systems, and computer usage are advantageous.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds for loading and unloading tasks.

Requirements:
- Current clear BCI/FBI background checks, completed within the last year.
- Candidates will be assessed based on job-related skills, experience, reliability, teamwork, and overall job performance.
