Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team at the American Association of Motor Vehicles. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance software applications that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable software applications using C# and .NET Core 6.0 or higher
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software development projects
Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following approved architecture and engineering processes and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field, plus 7 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in C# and .NET Core 6.0 or higher
Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
Strong understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and system architectural concepts

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based development and DevOps technologies, such as Microsoft Azure
Knowledge of Entity Framework and other ORM tools
Familiarity with Angular or similar technologies for building interactive user interfaces
