Sales Director

As a Sales Manager at Stretch Zone, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Sales Associates to achieve studio revenue goals. You will be the face of Stretch Zone and the leader within your studio, assisting all members and guests as needed and establishing relationships to support member growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities- Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
- Lead and coach your Sales Associates and hold them accountable for all daily operations and monthly goals.
- Drive member retention by following the daily operation guides, great customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
- Lead by example by going above and beyond what is asked of you and supporting and guiding your team daily.
- Track KPIs so you understand how your studio is performing and assist the General Manager in understanding and tracking all key sales metrics.
- Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve you and your Sales Associates sales skills.
- Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by supporting team goals and building positive and professional relationships with all members and team members.
- Previous sales experience and management experience.
- Ability to drive sales and lead a team to achieve revenue goals.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to connect with everyone and make them feel valued and supported.
- Well-organized and able to multitask with exceptional time management and communication skills.
- Goal-setter and able to assist the General Manager in setting and attaining all goals.
- Smart and savvy with tracking studio performance and the ability to run all reports and have a deep understanding of the driving factors that affect your studio.
