Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of the grooming center, including managing employee and center appointment schedules.
  • Manage Employee Performance: Evaluate and improve employee performance, provide coaching and mentoring, and develop professional growth plans.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, including health and wellness education and membership sales.
  • Manage Budgets and Expenses: Maintain budgets and optimize expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Establish Policies and Processes: Develop and implement policies and processes to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure Employee Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead and Support the Scenter Management Team: Collaborate with the management team to achieve key performance goals and drive business growth.
  • Perform Other Tasks and Duties: As assigned by leadership team.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a General Manager or similar executive role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
