About this Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
- Work closely with customers to understand their financial situations, and provide guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about their financial resources.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to customers.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to provide customers with the best possible service.
Requirements:
- 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
- Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
- Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
- Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
- Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
- Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
- Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
