About this Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Personal Banker, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, understanding their financial needs and goals, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our bank's products and services, and be able to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial situations, and provide guidance and support to help them make informed decisions about their financial resources.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to provide customers with the best possible service.

Requirements:

  • 6+ months of interacting with customers experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service focus with experience handling complex transactions across multiple systems.
  • Experience proactively engaging with customers through outreach via phone or email.
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options.
  • Ability to help customers succeed financially by offering introductions to additional team members as appropriate.
  • Experience working with others on a team to meet customer needs.
  • Experience fostering and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal partners.
  • Ability to follow policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss.
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and team members.
