We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team at Jim Hudson Automotive Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Customer Service: Sell luxury vehicles and financial services to customers, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on incoming inventory, features, and accessories to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Training and Development: Attend sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a strong CRM to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Performance and Goals: Establish and meet personal income goals, consistent with dealership standards.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professionalism and Communication: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Leadership Potential: Demonstrate leadership skills and a willingness to grow within the company.
  • Background and Credentials: Possess a valid U.S. driver's license, a good driving record, and pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, and drug screening.
