Job Summary

We are seeking mechanical engineering students or recent graduates to join our team as co-op interns. As a co-op intern, you will have the opportunity to learn about real-world application of engineering practices and concepts through hands-on participation in both internal and client-based projects.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative solutions
  • Create 3D CAD models of parts and assemblies using Fusion 360 and Solidworks
  • Build prototypes and mockups of your concepts using rapid prototyping and traditional fabrication techniques
  • Plan, execute, and report engineering tests to ensure product quality and safety
  • Collaborate with senior staff to design and develop new products
  • Have ownership of your projects and be responsible for delivering high-quality results

Requirements

  • Be a student pursuing an engineering degree or a recent graduate
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Have a basic understanding of materials, mechanisms, and manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrate proficiency with 3D CAD software (Solidworks and Fusion 360 preferred)
  • Be well-organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
  • Be able to articulate and demonstrate your thought process and rationales behind your decisions

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a daily rate of $160.
