Manage the operational components of projects, including personnel, finances, and technology. Quality Assurance and Risk Management: Establish quality assurance protocols to guarantee project deliverables meet high standards. Identify, assess, and address risks and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary. Client Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring client relationships. Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability. Team Leadership: Inspire and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Provide constructive feedback and performance evaluations to support professional growth. Continuous Improvement Initiatives: Conduct project evaluations and generate recommendations reports to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for effective project execution and management.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a project manager in the professional services industry. Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP/PRINCE II certification is advantageous). Exceptional client-facing and internal communication abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Organizational skills with a focus on detail and multitasking. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
