Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and surpass sales targets set by the company.
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their housing preferences and requirements.
  • Transform community inquiries into successful sales to fulfill company objectives.
  • Timely follow-up with all interested buyers.
  • Highlight the advantages of utilizing our preferred financing options to achieve the desired lender engagement rate.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitive offerings in the market.
  • Guide clients through the entire process from design and financing to construction and final closing, ensuring all buyer activities are completed on schedule.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of home features, pricing options, and design selections to effectively inform customers.
  • Utilize all sales technology provided by UnionMain Homes, including automated contracts and customer management systems.
  • Manage and oversee the placement of all necessary on-site signage.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven success in home sales or a related field.
  • A proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product presentation, sales strategies, and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to different audiences while maintaining a professional company image.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance for business-related travel.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in Brix and similar business software preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Position is based in a standard sales office setting with typical office equipment. The role is dynamic and requires travel to various locations for sales engagements, including walking and standing.
  • Fast-paced work environment with frequent changes in schedule and priorities.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds may be required.
  • Work hours may vary and include weekends.
