  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of home features, pricing options, and design selections, and convey this information effectively to clients.
  • Utilize all sales technology provided by UMH, including automated contracts and customer management systems.
  • Manage and oversee all on-site signage as required (e.g., home site markers, inventory displays, open house indicators).

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of proven high sales performance in new or existing home sales or related fields.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and a customer-centric approach.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product presentation, sales methodologies, and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, adaptable to diverse styles while maintaining a positive company image.
  • A valid driver's license and insurance are necessary for business-related travel.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, with experience in Brix and other office software preferred.

Work Environment:

  • Work is conducted in a standard sales office setting utilizing typical office equipment. The role is generally active, requiring travel to various locations for sales activities, along with walking and standing.
  • Fast-paced work environment subject to frequent changes in schedule and priorities, often with short notice.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 20 pounds may be required.
  • Work hours may vary and include weekends.
