Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Specialist to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests regarding our products and services through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for a designated territory or channel while being flexible to assist in other areas as needed.
  • Respond swiftly to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Gather and assess all pertinent information to address inquiries related to pricing, product availability, and complaints.
  • Process various types of orders accurately.
  • Handle Warranty and Courtesy Replacement orders.
  • Document customer interactions in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, including inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Record the details of actions taken for reference.
  • Collaborate and communicate with our Internal Sales Representatives (ISR).
  • Engage directly with our Manufacturer Representative Agencies.
  • Support assigned Inside Sales Team members and provide backup as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Required Education and Experience:

Education:

  • High School Diploma is required; some college education is preferred.

Experience:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and work independently, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to provide prompt and effective support to various operational environments.
  • Familiarity with Business Management Software (e.g., SAP) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently while maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.

  • The job entails both sitting and standing, requiring agility to move and connect equipment in various configurations. Excellent vision, hearing, speech, and motor skills are essential for performing the job's core functions.
