The Harpeth Hotel, a Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, mixing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a commitment to guest satisfaction.
  • Check customer's identification to confirm that the customer is of drinking age.
  • Ring guest checks, collect cash, and process credits and room charges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists.
  • Know and comply with state liquor laws, obtain Tips certification.
  • Ensure established pars are maintained.
  • Perform all side work duties according to side work schedules.

Requirements:

  • High school education or equivalent experience.
  • Three to six months of experience in a food and beverage services environment or establishment.
  • Able to mix cocktails and drinks correctly.
  • Provide exceptional service to all guests.
  • Able to multitask and handle all equipment, especially in a bar that uses modern technology.
  • Able to read, speak, and understand English.
  • Communicate information and hotel services to management, staff, and guests.
