Vehicle Delivery and Technology Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional customer service by delivering and explaining the features of Lincoln vehicles to customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the vehicle's technology and be able to communicate it in a clear and concise manner.

  • Deliver and explain the features of Lincoln vehicles to customers
  • Provide technical support to customers during and after vehicle delivery
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and a smooth handoff process
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
  • Possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to various customer needs and preferences
