At Robbins-Gioia LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect Pipeline Specialist to support our customers in modernizing legacy government environments.

This role will play a critical part in helping our customers achieve their mission success by providing enterprise-level architecture design and implementation expertise to cross-functional delivery teams using Agile methodology.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building enterprise-level solutions across multiple technologies and be able to create and/or review solution, systems, and information architecture products and content for compliance with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business Analysts and members of the Agile delivery teams to collect enterprise-level architectural artifacts and elicit business requirements to help design flexible and coherent processes.
  • Provide support to the program regarding architecture status, including the identification of gaps, redundancies, potential risks, and areas of improvement.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of architecture functions and provide guidance/coaching to improve effectiveness.
  • Create and manage architectural models/artifacts to document a conceptual, logical, and physical architecture.
  • Update the architecture based on new requirements or operational issues.
  • Provide communication to all levels of management including the Program Manager and CTO.
  • Establish a strong rapport with various stakeholders with the ability to communicate between them and the project team in a clear and concise manner.
  • Deliver solution-oriented designs and roadmaps based on customer needs, requirements, and specifications.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience using Enterprise Architectural tools/applications such as Visio, Sparx, ABACUS, etc.
  • Previous experience in an enterprise architect role.
  • Possess a solid understanding business process modeling.
  • Experience creating and implementing enterprise architectural models across frameworks such as Zachman, DODAF, TOGAF, etc.
  • Professional, applied experience with Agile methodology.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Site badge or ability to obtain.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Enterprise Architecture or Computer Science.
  • Relevant certification such as TOGAF, FEA(F), or DODAF.
  • Agile certification, such as CSM or SAFe.
  • DoD Security Clearance.
  • Ability to travel for future opportunities.
  • Broad IT knowledge and experience across domains.
  • Proven success using IT to transform the business.
